Why Can Most Pokemon Learn Toxis?

  • #1

Equally I'thousand sure we all know, there aren't that many pokemon that can't acquire toxic through a TM. Now I can understand how Bug, Poison types, and the like tin can acquire information technology, but for others, it just seems odd. Whatsoever possible theories?

As I'm certain we all know, there aren't that many pokemon that can't acquire toxic through a TM. Now I can understand how Bug, Poison types, and the like can acquire it, simply for others, it just seems odd. Whatever possible theories?

Who knows, maybe they were thinking that it was such a great attack all Pokemon should use it. Another reason could be they wanted every pokemon to have some sort of actress effect move. We may never know.

Toxic is poke-vomit. Therefore, pretty much every pokemon can learn it. That'due south my theory. Makes sense.

LOL. That sounds almost correct. I call up its funny that poke-vomit could cause poisoning to others. Seriously, though I call up they just wanted all the Pokemon to know a poison-inflicting move.

I like to call back of Toxic as a useful move that lasts long after the Pokemon does.

Butterfree is similar, actually fragile. It's 2hkoed by annihilation, and that's assuming it'due south holding a Focus Sash. Simply if it gets Toxic onto Swampert before dying, it'll slowly bit away at the HP of Swampert, which is generally a very beefy Pokemon.

Butterfree is like, really frail. It's 2hkoed by anything, and that's assuming it's holding a Focus Sash. Merely if it gets Toxic onto Swampert before dying, it'll slowly bit away at the HP of Swampert, which is mostly a very bulky Pokemon.

Never thought of it as a way for some Pokemon to hold their own. That is a adept way to retrieve about information technology.

I don't know I mean forcing pokemon to fight until theyre unconcious is pretty low. but forcing them to vomit all over their opponent? thats just not rite.

Water types? Simple. They corrupt water with their special "poképowers" and hurl it at the foe. Birds? Spread poisonous substance on their talons and hook at the enemy. Ice? Same affair with birds except with water ice.

And, yeah. Information technology'd exist a nice auxillary move for casualty to have out in the wild. Deadening down the predator for an increased chance at escape.

Its so obvious.

Since they don't take toilets, they interpreted that using their waste every bit an attack......

Well you know when an fauna scratches or bites you and there is a bad red rash where information technology bit you? Well I think toxic is an advanced form of that.

Or who knows, possibly toxic means rabbies in Japan.

  • #12

It's because all Pokemon either have rabies or they can produce toxic themselves. And also, when you really call up near information technology, a lot of things are poisonous to eachother.

  • #14

Well every animal can fart right? I remember you get my betoken.

  • #15

Information technology'southward an bump-off blazon move. I wait at it more like an particular they apply.

  • #sixteen

Strange to call up virtually Pokemon like Regice or Jigglypuff spitting up toxins and stomach bile on it's opponent.

  • #17

I become with the puke/fart theorys, they make the most sense.

As I'm sure we all know, there aren't that many pokemon that tin can't learn toxic through a TM. Now I can sympathize how Bug, Toxicant types, and the like tin can learn information technology, simply for others, it just seems odd. Any possible theories?

Because it's user-friendly to the plot!

Seriously 'though I have no idea. :p

So, near critters on the planet have the ability to intoxicate a foreign predators bowels by regurgitating on them?
Give this human being a medal. Best theory in the entire topic.
